Completed in 2020, one of our most notable urban London developments was a multi-phase project at Tower House, Lewisham.

The first phase consisted of the conversion of the 2rd & 3rd Floor to create 36Nr mixed-tenure apartments and an extension of existing commercial property to provide commercial units for serviced offices and retail on the basement and ground floors.

The second phase included the construction of a rooftop extension to provide an additional 20Nr residential units.

This project had sectional handover to ensure completed flats could be occupied as soon as possible and our client could see returns on their investment as soon as possible. Modus were appointed on the project from RIBA stages 1-7.
