Contract Administration

We provide a comprehensive Contract Administration (CA) service for all projects operating under a traditional form of contract. Whilst this service can be offered separately, combining this with our Quantity Surveying service enables us to provide a more complete package and offers better value for money to our Clients.. Our CA role includes the following core services:

  • Issuing instructions, notices and certificates

  • Chairing construction progress meetings
  • Construction phase site inspections
