Modus offers the full spectrum of quantity surveying services including cost management, preparation of bills of quantities, employer’s agent, contract administration, project co-ordination and monitoring surveying; operating in many sectors of the industry including residential, education, leisure, commercial and healthcare.
History of the business
Modus formed in April 2013 by Martin Munday and latterly Michael Hoggart and Gavin Mackenzie. The three Directors all previously worked together for the same practice in Margate between 1999 – 2013 before moving on to other firms prior to forming Modus. The Company has experienced substantial growth since its inception in 2013.

Accreditations and Standards
Modus is a RICS Regulated Firm. This regulation ensures the company practices and complies with globally recognised ethical and professional standards, giving our Clients confidence that we can be trusted to deliver high standards of service at all times.
Modus is also an approved Constuctionline Supplier meaning that we have been assessed for our standards, which are aligned to PAS91:2013, the industry recognised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by Government.
Modus is Cyber Essentials Certified.
