Construction Management
Construction Management is a multi-disciplinary field that requires both technical expertise and strong project management. As Construction Manager, we will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to final delivery both on and off-site. This will include, but not be limited to, planning, organising, supervising and controlling the construction process on behalf of our clients.
We will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
