Modus Construction Consultants Ltd are committed to ensuring that we process personal information lawfully and in line with the requirements and guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act. Modus will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent unless legally obliged to do so.
In order for us to deliver our services to you, we will collect and process relevant and necessary personal information. On occasion, we will use some information about you for marketing purposes, this information may include details of your project, including photography and text. Permission to use your data in this way will always be sought prior to use.
Modus will only hold your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary, this is usually the lifecycle of your project and up to 12 months after completion.
Your rights – Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) you have several rights with regard to your personal data. You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict processing, as well as object to processing.
If you have provided consent for the processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn.
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR regarding your personal data.
