Modus are immensely proud to have been shortlisted for Outstanding Small Surveying Firm in the 2022 RICS Awards.

Previously a regional award, the award has now been progressed to national level, making it even more of an achievement to be shortlisted. The criteria for the award was divided into 5 main areas; Professionalism, Teamwork/Collaboration, Outcome and Achievement, Thought Innovation and Sustainability.
