For financial institutions we offer a Monitoring Surveying service to protect their financial interests in any development by monitoring the performance of the developer. As Monitoring Surveyor we identify and report on the risks associated with each development.
Our Monitoring Surveying role includes the following core services:
- Providing an independent Initial Report assessing budget and build cost, site conditions, insurances and warranties, statutory approvals, the developers ability to complete and other matters that may affect the Lender’s security
- Providing periodic Progress Reports detailing programme and progress, design and workmanship, building warranty and statutory approval compliance and discharge, recommendation for drawdown payment against facility and other matters that may affect the Lender’s security
