Modus are acting as Quantity Surveyor on behalf of Bracknell Forest Council on the construction of a new build supported living development.

The accommodation will comprise of a two-storey building with four different households, each consisting of five bedrooms.

The new facility will support residents with learning disabilities and mental heath issues in being able to live more independently.

Works are currently on-site with completion due in 2025.
