The works comprised the construction of a 16m high bay warehouse extension and two low bay extensions to the East of the site with a further extension to provide a two-storey stair and lift core and single storey processing area to the West of the site. The works were being undertaken due to our Client’s increased production demand. Externally there is a new access road, loading bays and service yards with associated drainage.

Works were undertaken within a live manufacturing site which had to remain in full operation throughout the construction period. The complete scheme also had to meet BREEAM ‘Good’ accreditation as required by planning.
