Finley Pleace

Finley joins us as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor following the completion of his BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying at The University of Greenwich.

Finley has developed a broad knowledge of the role of quantity surveyor, which he is now keen to put into practice. With a strong interest in both finance and construction, this was the ideal career choice for him. He particularly has an interest in sustainable construction and hopes to be able to build on this interest whilst working with Modus.

As with our other Trainee and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Finley will be supported through training and mentorship with an aim to achieving RICS chartership in the future.
