Josh Belsey – Trainee Surveyor

Josh is the latest member of Modus, joining in July 2019 under our training programme. 

Josh completed his A-Levels at Chatham & Clarendon Grammar School in Ramsgate studying physics, business and geography.

Under the training programme, Josh will shadow various members of the team before embarking on an honour’s degree in Quantity Surveying in 2020. 

Josh is another avid football fan, supporting Man Utd, and also plays the guitar in his spare time.
