Modus are acting as Quantity Surveyor for Active Life Ltd on an impressive transformation project at Kingsmead Leisure Centre in Canterbury, which will include three new fitness suites, a health suite and a large gym.

The project will also see improvements to the swimming pool and sports hall, a new café area and extended car parking for visitors. 

The scheme is due to complete by July 2024.
