Sam Prideaux

Sam re-joined Modus as Associate in October 2022, following a short period gaining experience in London. Joining us originally as a school leaver in 2015, Sam now has 7 years’ experience under his belt and completed his APC to become Chartered with RICS in July 2021. This title certifies that Sam upholds the highest of professional and ethical standards within the surveying industry.

Sam confidently and professionally manages his own projects, acting as Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator.

Sam works within a wide range of sectors including residential, leisure, charitable trusts, local authority, education and community, using traditional and design and build forms of procurement with contracts ranging from £25,000 to £30,000,000 in value.

In his spare time, you can find Sam on the golf course (playing off a handicap of 2!) or watching Arsenal either on TV or at the Emirates Stadium.
