Modus were appointed as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for Iconiq Homes on the construction of a three-storey detached building comprising a ground floor commercial unit and seven residential flats in Whitstable.

Prior to the build, the site housed a bungalow property which was demolished before works commenced.

Throughout the project, Modus worked with our client to monitor and report on progress and performance of the development, evaluated contractor’s claims and chaired construction progress meetings.
