Project Co-ordination
We offer a complete project co-ordination service from project inception to completion for each and every scheme. As project co-ordinator we are responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from the outset. Our project co-ordination role includes the following core services:

- Assisting in appointment of Client’s professional team and monitoring deliverables
- Managing communication processes and co-ordination of the team
- Issuing of information and instructions on behalf of the Client
