Through our inclusion on the NHS SBS Framework, Modus was appointed as employer’s agent and quantity surveyor for the construction of two modular buildings to provide 20 observation bays for the A&E Departments at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate and the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
