Modus were appointed by the local authority as Quantity Surveyor for the construction of 26 affordable residential units over two former garage sites in Ramsgate, Kent.
The works comprised the construction of a 14-unit apartment block, 4 terraced houses, a 6-unit apartment block and 2 semi-detached houses.
The block of 14 apartments were within a conservation area meaning the design and specification had to be carefully selected to gain planning approval.
