Working with our long standing client, The Canterbury Academy Trust, and in partnership with the National Autistic Society and the Cullum Family Trust, Modus provided Quantity Surveying services on a two-storey SEN extension block to the existing primary school.
The new Cullum Centre is the first centre for primary school pupils and provides autistic children aged between four and eleven years old with the support they need to thrive in a mainstream school setting. Modus previously supported our client with QS services on the secondary school Cullum Centre at the Trust, both of which are now two of seven of the centres across the country.
The extension will provide 5Nr classrooms, nurture room, sensory room, breakout space and play area, therapy room and an external roof terrace decking area.
