Modus was appointed by Assura to deliver Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of the Cricket Green Medical Centre.
The project involved the soft strip-out of existing partitions, fittings, and finishes across three floors, followed by a complete internal fit-out to modernise and optimise the existing clinical spaces.
Modus oversaw all contractual and cost management aspects, ensuring the scheme was delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The result is a refreshed, contemporary medical facility that enhances the experience for both patients and staff.
