The Energy Performance Contract comprised the replacement and upgrades of existing mechanical and electrical equipment across QEQM Hospital, William Harvey Hospital and Kent and Canterbury Hospital to provide improved energy efficiency across all three sites.
The works were split into 2 phases:
Energy Quick Wins (EQW)
Energy Reduction Programme (ERP)
