Due to the pandemic, pressure has increased on the facility and there is a greater need for segregation. The expansion will see the number of treatment spaces within the A&E unit increase by 15%. The state-of-the-art A&E will not only increase patient capacity, but offer a better working environment for staff at the hospital.
