Construction of a double storey modular building which will provide a minimum of 3 modular elective orthopaedic theatres at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
Modifications to the existing surgery, as well as associated electrical and mechanical systems were also included within the works. All services were required to meet current HTM standards.
Practical completion was July 2021.
