Modus were appointed as Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveyor by our client, Kentish Projects, at the Foxbury Farm development.
The project consists of the erection of 21 dwellings, including 6 affordable units. The 3-storey, Grade II listed Oast House will be transformed into three apartments, along with an existing barn conversion into a 3-bed home and refurbishment of farm house and farm cottage into two 3-bed homes.
There will also be a change of use and conversion of an existing cart shed and agricultural building to office space with associated parking, landscaping and alterations to existing access routes.
Due to the development being in the Green Belt, considerations have been made to ensure work is sympathetic to the local area, but also suitable for modern-day living.
The project completed in July 2023.
