Construction of a new six-lane swimming pool with a sun deck, a state-of-the-art retractable roof over the pool, new health suite and poolside changing rooms. The works also comprise extensive refurbishment of the existing building in a phased approach to deliver a new Café / Servery, Gym Studios, changing rooms and squash court.
