The project consisted of the construction of a single storey, horizontal extension to the existing education facility including external
works and drainage. The centre extension will provide 2 new classrooms, 1 Nurture/Therapy classroom, offices and a new reception area.
Modus acted as Quantity Surveyor & Contract Administrator for the Rivermead Inclusive Trust.
