Modus are providing Employer's Agent & Clerk of Works services to Folkestone & Hythe District Council on a Section 106 Development Agreement between the council and Taylor Wimpey.
The agreement will see 5 Nr. apartment blocks, contained within which will be 44 Nr. affordable homes apartments. These properties will increase the council’s housing stock and provide much-needed homes for residents, with a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership available.
As EA & CoW, our role includes:
✅ validating costs to ensure value for money
✅ reviewing technical compliance with housing standards
✅ monitoring build quality through to handover
By working closely with the developer and legal teams, we're helping to de-risk the process and secure high-quality, compliant homes that meet the needs of future residents.
