Modus provided Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services to our long-standing client, Assura plc. The works comprises the refurbishment of isolated locations within the Judges Close and Ship Street surgeries, including the construction of an extension to Ship Street.
The Ship Street Surgery project comprised a 66mm2 single storey extension to connect the existing entrance with an existing garage/dispensary to create 1 new consulting room, sub-wait and meeting room. The scheme was completed in February 2023.
