Maidstone Grammar School commissioned Modus as the PM / EA & QS on the construction of a new Sports Changing Facility which gave the school 5 Changing Rooms, a Multi-Use Club Room, Kitchen / Servery and an Office. The building has also cleverly been designed to ensure that a further storey can be added at a later date to provide the school with additional classrooms.
