The Storex Self Storage facility is a new build stand alone project in the heart of Brentford just off the A4. The scheme will consist of 11 stories and will deliver 4,890m2 (856 units) of self-storage and 446sqm of light industrial workshop space.
The space will also provide a variety of commercial units, from cellular office space to two-storey workshops, capable of hosting a variety of craft and creative media businesses. Also known as ‘Fab Labs’, these will provide affordable workspaces for the local community.
