The works comprise the demolition of existing commercial units, the refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing commercial units/offices and the construction of a new multi-storey extension to provide a servery, gym, teaching rooms, communal areas, 49 en-suite student bedrooms and associated spaces at 213 – 217 High Street, Rochester.
The client wishes to utilise Modern Methods of Construction to carry out this project. The scheme is currently on-site and the team are working carefully to ensure existing historical features are maintained and restored inline with urban regeneration goals for the area.
