Modus was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor for the comprehensive strip-out and refurbishment of an existing ground floor office unit for Miles & Barr Estate Agents, located at The Links Business Park in Herne Bay.
The scope of works included the full removal of outdated internal finishes, fittings, and mechanical and electrical systems, followed by a complete refurbishment to deliver a modern and efficient commercial environment tailored to the client’s operational needs. Throughout the project, Modus provided cost consultancy, procurement advice, and project coordination, ensuring the scheme was delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
The completed office fit-out combines functionality with contemporary design, creating an inspiring workspace that supports staff wellbeing and productivity.
