Jake Pitcher

Jake joined Modus in 2016 after completing A-Levels at The Charles Dickens School in Broadstairs. He has recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Estate Management. 

Jake assists Directors as Quantity Surveyor on residential, industrial and leisure projects. He is now conversant in measurement and cost planning from early cost estimates through to bills of quantities.

Jake recently completed a project for Thanet District Council, acting as Cost Consultant on its Phase 3 Affordable Homes Programme in Ramsgate. The scheme value of £5.1m consisted of the construction and delivery of 26no residential units comprising of a mixture of flats and houses on parcels of land which originally housed blockwork garages within established residential areas.

Jake is currently working as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator on the ED expansion at the QEQM Hospital in Margate.
