Modus acted as Quantity Surveyor for Maidstone United Football Club on the construction of a new North Stand. The new standing terrace, which now accommodates up to 1,768 spectators, brings the stadium up to National League standards and was built during the 2016/17 season with completion at the end of March 2017.

The stand is made up of 11 double standing rows, with four wheelchair viewing spaces provided. The stand, which can be segregated for home and away supporters, can also be converted to ‘all-seated’ at a later date, should that be required.
