Modus are proud to be acting as Quantity Surveyor for the Club on the construction of the new North Stand. The new standing terrace, which will accommodate up to 1,768 spectators and will bring the stadium up to National League standards will be built during the 2016/17 season with completion due for the end of March 2017.

The stand will be made up of 11 double standing rows and there are also four wheelchair viewing spaces provided. The stand, which can be segregated for home and away supporters, can also be converted to all-seated at a later date should that be required.
