We’re pleased to announce the completion and handover of Bayswater Apartments, Inveness Terrace, London.

The works comprised of converting an existing 6 storey hostel building in to 10 prime residential apartments.

The Grade II Listed exterior, Inverness Terrace is set at the edge of the Royal Parkland of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

The apartments were accomplished with an architectural build that combines the highest specification in technology, quality and comfort.  With a state of the art, luxury finish, the apartments are simply stunning.

Modus would like to give a huge welcome to Tom, the newest member of our Team.  Tom joins us as an trainee Quantity Surveyor. Tom is the third trainee to join the company as a trainee Quantity Surveyor in the last two years and will work alongside the team on a number of projects before embarking on a part-time Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying through the University College of Estate Management.
