Modus are delighted to announce the successful completion of the new Music Block at Junior Kings School in Canterbury which comprised 9 Practice Rooms, a Recital Room, a Group Classroom and other ancillary accommodation.

Modus acted as Quantity Surveyors on the £1,000,000 scheme which was designed by BDB Design and constructed by BEC Construction which was completed in a 44 week period.
