Today, works have commenced on the refurbishment and conversion of Canterbury Christ Church Universities’ Invicta Building to provide a new Hydra Suite and IT Labs for the School of Law, Criminal Justice & Computing Department within the main North Holmes campus.
Modus are acting as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for this £230,000 scheme.
Modus would like to welcome Josh Booty to our growing Team! Josh is a Graduate in Quantity Surveying with six years experience and will be providing Quantity Surveying services on many of our various projects.

On Wednesday 22nd April 2015, we held our Launch (albeit late) Party Event at Shepherd Neame’s Brewery just down the road form our offices in Faversham, Kent.
